Her extensive experience includes successfully participating in and implementing dozens of United Nations Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) projects, particularly in the fields of renewable energy and energy efficiency. Ms. Zhu has also demonstrated exceptional organizational skills, managing major international and domestic conferences. She has coordinated events for prestigious organizations such as the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC), the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), and the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC). With over a decade of experience in developing CDM projects and carbon trading, she has managed more than 30 CDM and carbon asset projects, contributing significantly to energy conservation, environmental protection, and global climate change mitigation efforts in China.

Additionally, Ms. Zhu has led her team in providing comprehensive consulting services to domestic and international companies, including technical assessments, market research, project proposals, and business plans, thereby facilitating the exchange of technological information and cooperation between enterprises worldwide. Her extensive experience in various roles within the company has equipped her with a deep understanding of project management, personnel management, and overall company operations.
